Rakesh Chettikrindi: Kedar Jadhav has a slight edge over Manish Pandey, as the former can bowl a few overs. But it's not worth unless Virat uses him as a bowler as Manish is a very good finisher!

Pranay: Bumrah is no doubt an outstanding bowler, but when Bumrah was picking those wickets it was usually Bhuvi from the other holding it tight. Interesting how it would be when Bhuvi comes back into the frame of things.

Arun Sai: Rightly said by @Ajesh, even super fit Kohli felt it that way. He also told that he would request the team management to adjust their tours in such a way that they would get some breathing space.

Ajesh: Someone should tell BCCI that India is playing too much cricket these days. As a result, some of the best players including Rohit, Dhawan, Pandya and Bhuvi are out of the squad. Back to back series with very little breathing space in between is costing us in important games.

ASM: You cannot include players thinking whether they did something good or bad in the previous match. You need to get the best men in the final team. There are plenty of players who have done nothing wrong and still can't make it to the final 11.

Shashank: If Kedar Jadhav is not going to bowl, is he the best batsman for no.6? Manish Pandey is a better finisher and can be a valuable batsmen if there is a top order collapse. 'He did nothing wrong in Hamilton to be left out'

Andy: Need to strengthen bowling unit - have four specialists and two all rounders. Wicket taking is the best way to impact the target

Sourav B: Moving Nicholls to open has been one of the best decisions NZ have taken in recent times. He was too good a talent to play in at no 6, can accelerate when required and has the technique to play top bowlers.

Prashanth BC: Reason behind Guptill's failure in recent times is his mindset. He is being too defensive at the start, he should come out of that zone and play his natural game.

Harsha Bhogle: Interesting that in spite of being a small ground, there have been very few 300+ scores. And not a huge advantage chasing either. Like such matches.

Rao: Shami is a key strike bowler not sure resting him is a good decision for this crucial game. Saini coming in for Shardul instead would have been reasonable. Team looks light on bowling options - need to see if Kedar has been retained with a view to chip in for a few overs

Nishant Patel: Looked at New Zealand's playing XI, it tells me that they are going into this match with the tactic of all seamers attack with no spinner in the playing XI. I think it will backfire for them since Eden park is a small ground -- Mark Chapman can bowl spin if required
