Venkat: I feel Surya can will be a good choice for India's finisher's role, he has that hitting ability to play at death as well as to play in middle overs
Aman: India must fit SKY into middle order because he is good at rotating strike and plays at a healthy strike rate
Ashu: In last 5-6 years bulk of scoring has been done by Kohli, Rohit and Shikhar(all around mid 30s) in ODIs.
This needs to change - especially in middle order. Our fragile middle order has been the main reason for our failure in big games.
aakash: That was a very unlike Kohli innings, wanting to score boundaries every ball..
Sajal: Great start for Rohit the skipper, He took 3 successful DRS and now scored 60 with the bat.
Paras: Even if Dhawan and Rahul are available, India should give more chances to Ishan Kishan at the top. He's the kind of explosive power hitter India wants in the powerplay. With the upcoming T20 and 50 over world cup in sight, he can be a valuable option for India's white ball template.
Ravindra: India has genuine all-rounders in Ravindra Jadeja, Shardul Thakur, Deepak Chahar, Washington Sundar, Venky Iyer. Once Hardik Pandya is fit to bowl, the arsenal is only going to get stronger.
Raj: Ok so, so far Rohit Sharma is playing his shots and scoring at a much quicker pace just to give a breather to Ishan Kishan att the other end. This is what you want to see from a Senior pro like him.
Abinash Das: @Ayush Not very sure if Ishan would be able to grab the opener slot even if he scores truckloads of runs as the team management might opt for the seasoned campaigner Shikhar once he is back.
Varsha Chevva: Rohit's back and so is the mojo!! India on top!
Ayush Gaur: Ishan Kishan has got a great opportunity. The kind of explosiveness he brings is what team India needs at top. Hopefully, he grabs the opportunity with both hands.
Varsha Chevva: Chahal among the wickets is brilliant to watch! Too good a player to be missing from the playing XI.
Prashanth BC: We have seen Fast Bowlers attack the stumps relentlessly, from a Spinner we don't see it often but Washington Sundar's consistency in attacking stumps needs to appreciated. Gives nothing away to the batters. Wickets are always on the Cards.
