Sam: I will never understand how WI chose to play Rovman Powell instead of a technically sound batsman like Carty in the 1st ODI. Powell has been failing forever against quality opposition or on a difficult pitch.

Akshay: India have been really casual and complacent in this game.

Harsh Kumar: The captaincy skills for ODIs are different than the T20s. Hardik Pandya should keep this in mind and take the appropriate decisions lacking in the field today.

Anurag Srivastava: Don't like Hardik's startegy as a captain here. Why are we experimenting with bowling as well? Kuldeep was bowlimg well replaced with Axar. And when spinners were doing good, he brought Umran back.

Unik: These 2 matches show how much Rohit and Kohli are important to the batting lineup. even if they don't score anything, the confidence these youngsters get from them is phenomenal and eventually transcends to better cricketing outcomes.

Harsh Badera: To those who are questioning today's batting order of Indian team - remember that in last few ICC events top 3 batters failed to make mark during knockouts which had put pressure on middle order. This will be a good learning for them to perform when and if the time comes

ChinmayK: With so much purchase for spinners and WI's inability to counter spin like previous games, wondering what is stopping Pandya to introduce spin much sooner!

Manaswi Purohit: The ideology behind experimenting is correct but the implementation isn't. You want to give the newcomers a chance to bat up the order to best express themselves. But resting both senior players and putting someone like Axar at 4 is going a bit too far.

Pratik: Too much experiment leads to errors in the outcome. This is what Indian team has been experiencing since the last decade. Don't think any other team makes so many needless experiments. Last won an ICC trophy in 2013!

Suryansh: For those who criticize Virat and Rohit after one or two bad performances, I hope you are understanding their worth now!!

Ramesh: When you have CWC in India, what are you experimenting now on WI pitches? Decide tentative playing squad for CWC and let them make their batting positions strong ahead of CWC. Stop experimenting, hardly 8 to 10 matches are left before CWC, so make use of them for proper batting orders.

Hadrian: @Manikanta. Ludicrous to judge Samson for one failure on a tough wicket when he's averaged 66 in ODIs before this game. I've always felt that he gets judged a bit too harshly in comparison to others, including the ones who've had three ducks in succession.

Punith: Deja vu moment for Team India - No Rohit & Kohli, Good start by the openers, followed by unfruitful experiments and India have lost half of their side for a mere 115 on the board just like the previous game.

Manikanta: Yet again, Samson fails to prove his worth. It has been the same story every time he has been chosen.

Kapil: Seems like the repeat of 2019 World Cup is on the way for Indian Cricket Team. They are experimenting once again instead of preparing with their core team.

Pratyansh: Funny to see how India's current run rate is less than England's current run rate.

Sarth Shah: India should show some consistent selection when the WC is 4 months away. After this series, there should be no changes barring injuries and the injured players getting back in the team. All the experiments of testing the player's potential should have been done by now.

Udit Gor: Ravi Shastri had spoken during the IPL of giving both Rohit and Virat a bit of a mental break after the WTC Final, so in a way this series serves as both: a break for the two pros and for trying out new combinations and the bench strength.

Manikanta: I don't really understand why India rest Rohit and Virat so often in limited-over formats. In the name of giving game time to youngsters, they give little time to the pillars of the team, which keeps backfiring for them in big tourneys.

raja: If Rohit and Virat are not playing the second match of a 3-Test series when they barely batted in the first match, why were they selected in the first place. Once again, too much experimenting and tinkering weeks for a World Cup which India has not won the past two decades.

Santos: Perhaps India thought that the West Indies might put up a good fight in their own backyard, while announcing Rohit and Kohli for the ODIs, deeming them worthy of a good practice. Looking at the Windies' performance so far, they must've decided that their time would be well spent off on vacation!

Rahul: Ishan Kishan and his inability to rotate strike - a never ending love story

Gk: Although Sanju and Kishan will be batting at different positions today, the contest will be between them for that one WK spot. I personally think, Sanju is better suited for #4 or #5 spot
