PLAYER OF THE MATCH
PLAYER OF THE SERIES
Rawal: Shaheen Shah you beauty! At the age of 18 he is showing such maturity and holding his nerve even against the best in the business.
Sushil: What a waste of wicket by Ross. Seriously not required at this point of time. Stay as longer as you can at the crease. You have just gifted the series I think, Mr.Ross.
Akif Ali Naz: Afridi looks impressive despite playing his debut game. Consistently attacking the sticks.
Amit: Latham has been poor in this series.Time for him to turn around things and help Kiwis fightback
Jayant sr: Next task for Kiwis would be to finish the day without losing any wicket.
Babu: What is happening to these Test teams? Haven't seen a 400 plus innings for a while.
Atif: Kiwis have balanced the game by taking wickets in the last two sessions.
SKB: Game is still balanced.
Zuhair: A perfect example of grinding the opposition
Rishika: Azhar Ali is one of the most underrated cricketers in the world!
Ajmal Abbasi: For a cricket lover, nothing can be more amazing than a Test series with all matches result-oriented. Hoping for a thrilling finish to this match.
Nithin TS: NZ need a couple of quick wickets. You cannot still write off NZ getting first innings lead considering how PAK collapsed in first test but at the moment they are going strong. Williamson should do some out of the box thinking may bowl himself 3-5 overs
AYAZ MEMON: Pakistan batsman looks relaxed, just playing their basic game. Now its time for New Zealand to show their bowling skills.
Sourav Bhatia: Can never write off NZ just yet, even though Pakistan are in control at the moment! The match looks to be heading towards an exciting finish!
Rawal: Azhar should convert this knock into a ton for two reasons first to win the series second to get confidence booster for the upcoming series against SA.
Abhinandan: Match is stuck just like my programming code. Nothing is moving forward.:P
Nithin TS: NZ losing plot here. Need to pick up a couple of wickets here to stay in series. This session will decide series.
Jerry benoy: can someone say whether Ajaz Patel has any batting experience? - He's a decent bat Jerry. Bats at 8 for Central Districts in domestic cricket
Deepesh: @cricbuzz team, could you please let us know why is Mitchell Santner not playing? Looked a very promising all-rounder, haven't heard of him lately, any injuries? -- He still hasn't recovered from his injury.
Vineet Jha: BJ Watling has shown immense patience and grit but now he should look to score some quick runs.
GKM: Watling has always been hard to dislodge, That innings of his in wellington 2014 against India is still eked in my memory, that lad always puts a price on his wicket.
Tanoj Nahan: Grandhomme made 18 runs in 16 deliveries while Watling made his first 18 runs in 116 deliveries. Interesting!
Azim: Can we give Watling some credit, Wow! This is what playing for the team looks like.
Sriharsha M: Kane Williamson needs to bat through. Nothing much happening after lunch, the pitch seems to have eased off.
Sachin Bansal: Seems like Yasir & Bilal have taken a few tips from Jadeja to bowl their overs at a brisk pace.
Adithya: Shah needs 2 more to 200 Test wickets. Whattay bowler!
Pankaj Thakur: In my opinion, New Zealand should have dropped CdG instead of Ish Sodhi. He has been an under-performer for far too long and the conditions demand more spinners than seamers.
Umer: Yasir u beauty
Sreeshailam G: Jeet Raval can play long innings, it is a good batting surface for first 1-2 days, so NZ should make use of it and score big, put Pakistan under pressure to win the series!
Sanjay: Just wondering, why ICC has stopped organizing day-night Test matches? I don't even remember when was the last day-night test played -- ICC haven't stopped, it's just that some teams aren't willing to play day-night Tests. FYI, the last day-night Test was played between Windies and Sri Lanka at the Kensington Oval in Barbados in June this year.
