Sri Lanka vs New Zealand, 2nd Test, New Zealand tour of Sri Lanka, 2019 - CommentarySL vs NZ, 2nd Test, New Zealand tour of Sri Lanka, 2019 - Commentary
Siddharth: @Partha I beg to differ..NZ just need to hang in there especially with the turn and bounce being extracted..one wicket and the flood gates can open at any time
DanielAlexander: What are the chances of rain, please? -- Hardly anything until 5PM. Light could be an issue as well if it continues to be cloudy
Partha: New Zealand needs to do something special now. These two are finding it pretty easy to defend. Maybe match is heading to a draw which Kane would not like at this point
Partha: Karunaratne again playing a captain's knock. Leading from the front throughout this series..
Saravanan M: What has happened to the teams? England got all out for 67 a few days back, yesterday WI were bowled out for 100, today it's Sri Lanka's turn, I guess.
SS: Boult's missed catch off DDS when he was on 9 is the difference between 150 and 225.... crucial miss that was!
Shalitha KB: Dhananjaya de Silva's journey is very similar to that of Moeen Ali, from top-order batsman to a leading spin option and now batting in the lower-middle order. --- Moeen has been dropped, Dhananjaya wouldn't want to follow that.
Mukund: ICC should plan one additional day for rain affected matches so that the number of draws would get reduced.
Enura Indula: I'm around the ground right now and I can say it is very playable conditions out here. Just a slight drizzle but umps won't let the players come on to the field. Sad :(
Shubham: Playing indoors is fine for T20s and Odis but it will hamper the seam, swing caused due to external factors like wind, humidity, hence not a good idea for Tests.
Hassan: The best thing about the WTC is that there won't be any dead rubbers because even if the series is lost, the points will matter.
Nishan Silva: "P Sara Oval is just 2 Kilometers away from my office. Still having few dark clouds around here but IT"S NOT RAINING & hopefully we will have toss after lunch."
ANIL KAMATH: ICC Should come with an alternate Plan. It's quite frustration for cricket lovers to see a match affected by the rain.
Rubel Babu: Now-a-days rain has become a worst enemy of cricket. I think every cricket playing country must have an indoor stadium so that during rainy season it can be used...
