Sekar: Gill cannot be a all-format player as his strike rate is not healthy in t20. Also there are many other players like Samson, Iyer, Kishan, etc who can explode in t20 to win the matches for India. His application will work nicely in longer format like ODI and Test.
Praveen: Shubman is an all-format player. The way he keeps rotating strike with timely boundaries will surely make his position fixed in this Indian setup. Just need to convert his starts into big innings.
Vasu: Wanted Dhawan to perform well in this series with the 50 over World Cup looming. Gill might get the nod ahead of him and rightly so
Tarun Kumar: I could be wrong but this series might be the last for Dhawan given the upcoming young talent.
Vishal: India should look to wrap this match in 20 overs. A few rash shots will either give them confidence or expose the middle-order - both are good for long term prospects!
