Richard Ngarava to Tilak Varma, 2 runs, short slower delivery outside off stump, Tilak fetches the pull. Oh he bumps into Richard Ngarava while taking the second run, luckily for him the throw was wide to the keeper. Would have been interesting to see Zimbabwe's appeal for the runout had the throw been adjacent to the stumps. Tilak would have been well short in that case. But now he gets to celebrate his 9th T20I fifty and this has been a satisfying knock for him
Richard Ngarava to Ishan Kishan, 1 run, short of length delivery on the leg stump, swung away through backward square leg
Richard Ngarava to Ishan Kishan, FOUR, low full toss, misses the yorker again, but Ishan manages to get under the ball and smash it to long-on. Fielder runs to the right and dives but the ball escapes to the ropes
Richard Ngarava to Tilak Varma, 1 run, wide yorker, squeezed out to deep backward point
Richard Ngarava to Tilak Varma, SIX, full delivery, Tilak gets under and smacks the free-hit all the way to the fence over mid-wicket. Tried to fire the yorker in, instead offered a slot ball and got punished
Richard Ngarava to Ishan Kishan, no ball, 1 run, oh Ben Curran ran in and then decided to stop the boundary instead of diving for the catch. Hang on, the buzzer goes off so wouldn't have mattered even if he took the catch. Short delivery, Ishan pulls and the ball lands to deep backward square leg
Richard Ngarava to Tilak Varma, 1 run, pace off and outside off stump, Tilak waits and loft-drives to long-on
Richard Ngarava to Ishan Kishan, 1 run, 135ks fullish delivery on off, Ishan eases it to mid-off and quickly crosses over
Richard Ngarava to Ishan Kishan, no run, 131ks back of a length outside off, Ishan stabs it to cover
Richard Ngarava to Shreyas Iyer, 1 run, 125ks angled outside off, Iyer sees the width and tries to repeat his lofted drive, slices it to deep backward point
Richard Ngarava to Ishan Kishan, 1 run, back of a length around off, Ishan steers behind square and third man has been moved to deep backward point, just a single
Richard Ngarava to Ishan Kishan, 2 runs, on a length and outside off, Ishan opens the bat face and guides it behind square, races back for the second
Richard Ngarava to Ishan Kishan, 2 runs, dropped! Terrific effort but Curran can't hold on. Slanted in and it was heading down leg, Ishan stays inside the line and tries to help it along, the ball misses the bat and lobs off the thigh pad as per UltraEdge. It lobs towards short fine and Curran moves back, sticks his left hand out and can't hang on. So it was not a chance..
Richard Ngarava to Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, out Caught by Blessing Muzarabani!! There you go.. Ngarava wins the battle. He went for a few boundaries but has struck gold. Sooryavanshi wasn't going to back down. He shimmies out and is met by a shortened length, the ball gets big on him but he still goes through with the pull shot. It is a complete miscue and the ball skies over mid-on, Muzarabani backtracks a few steps and takes a good catch. The ball hit the splice and hence there was no power or timing to clear the infield. Vaibhav Sooryavanshi c Blessing Muzarabani b Richard Ngarava 20(9) [4s-3 6s-1]
Richard Ngarava to Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, FOUR, he's outsmarting Ngarava at the moment. The field is set on the leg-side for the pull/cross-batted shot. But Sooryavanshi backs away and creates the room to go over the off-side field. The length was fuller and it allowed him to pump it over mid-off
Richard Ngarava to Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, FOUR, this is smart batting. Mid-wicket was sent back, so Sooryavanshi decides to charge down the wicket, convert it into a full delivery and lofts it over mid-off, one bounce and over the ropes
Richard Ngarava to Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, SIX, this is better, this is longer. Very small margin for error against him. Ngarava offered the space outside off and Sooryavanshi flexes his arms, pulls it over wide long-on and sends it all the way. It did not come off the middle but still went all the way
Richard Ngarava to Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, FOUR, this time Sooryavanshi connects. 134ks dragged short and the ball sits up, almost seemed like Sooryavanshi was early into the pull, but he places it in front of square and collects his first boundary
Richard Ngarava to Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, wide, bouncer but too short and too high, Sooryavanshi bails out from the pull and watches it sail over him. Called for height
Richard Ngarava to Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, no run, that's the line. Back of a length close to off, Sooryavanshi was thinking about the cross-batted shot but aborts and knocks it gently to cover-point
